Circuit Insights manufactures hand-held instruments that detect electrical ground loops. The instrument is called the Loop Slooth and has been sold since 2008 to over 20 countries. Buyers are mainly research universities, national laboratories, small research companies, and large corporations. The Loop Slooth makes it easy to diagnose a problem that causes spurious signals and that has been very difficult to troubleshoot in the past.
